Organic Mission

Our maze is organically managed and chemical free. A safe and inviting paradise for all our wild pollinators, and your family!

Hoolie Flats is home to Vermont's largest and most intricate flower maze. We grow many varieties of flowers including Sunflowers, Celosia, Zinnia, and Cosmos. We sculpt them into a stunningly scenic, fragrant and challenging labyrinth. Rustic arbors, picket fences, blind gates and hidden benches are sprinkled throughout the lovingly manicured 2 ½ acres of terraces, gentle walkways and valley vistas. This is not your typical farm maze. It is magical!

Open Friday-Sunday 10 AM - 6 PM*

We will close during thunderstorms and severe rain. Otherwise come prepared for whatever the weather!

* Maze admission time ends at 4:45

No appointments needed

We will post here and on social media when the maze will be closed for the year. The season end date is dependent on weather and plant cycle.

Located 1/4 mile past our Farm on Pekin Brook Rd before the intersection

of Jack Hill Rd. Follow the flower signs!

Know Before You Go:

Flower Maze Safety Rules

Wear comfortable walking or hiking shoes
Beware of rises and divots that may be hard to see
Strollers are strongly discouraged on grassy terrain
No dogs
No smoking
A water bottle, hat, sunscreen, and bug spray are recommended
Do not pick the flowers
Do not eat the flowers
Stay on the mowed paths
Do not cut through the rows to prevent plant damage
No climbing the fences or gates
No littering on or near farm property
Children should be supervised at all times

Special Events At The Maze

The Flower Maze will be available for special booking sessions upon request for:

Graduation Photos
Family Photos
Pick your Own Wedding Bouquets/ Bridal Shower Outings

These sessions need to be booked at least 7 days prior to the date desired. We require a deposit for sessions, as we will need to close the maze to the public. Deposits can be refunded if cancellations are made within 3 days prior to the session, otherwise we will keep your deposit. Payment is due in full at the end of the session.

We love dogs, but they are not permitted in the Maze.
